Thai Customer Support Executive

Job Description:
• Assists and resolves queries through live chat and other communication channels
• Processes day-to-day customer requests with regards to their accounts and transactions
• Prepares and updates reports as needed by the business
•Handles other adhoc tasks as required by the team or other relevant departments

Job Qualifications:
•Well-versed in Thai (written & oral); should also be able to communicate in English
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office applications (good Excel knowledge is an advantage)
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs experience in Customer Service
•Willing to work on a shifting schedule, as well as during holidays
•Work from home set up and must have a gadget (PC or Laptop) and a stable internet connection

Thai Marketing Executive

Job Description:
•Plans and implements marketing campaigns to further developthe brand
•Utilizes available marketing channels in Thailand to drivecurrent & future initiatives
•Coordinates with the different teams in running ongoing& upcoming marketing initiatives
•Conducts market research and competitor analysis for proper market intelligence
•Assists in running the day-to-day operations of the brand
•Prepares comprehensive reports & analysis as needed by the management

Job Qualifications:
• With Online Gaming experience preferred but not required
